When first applied, you get a combination of orange, lemon, aromatics and what seems to be a very light lavender. This delightful blend then appears to disappear, but a few minutes later, comes back with whispers of Mediterranean sunshine. The fragrance is subtle sophistication and while most citrus colognes do not have longevity, I can still detect the scent 12 hours later. The fragrance seems to ebb and flow as the day progresses and stays very close to you. Royale Ambree is classic elegance. Purchasing from The Soap Bar is a joy.
